Research outcomes
While working on influencrX, we needed to learn more about the influencer market and users. We conducted online interviews with social media influencers and agents to understand market trends, needs and competitors.

The Brand
When it comes to branding, we prioritized creating a unique identity that resonates with our user persona and stands out in the crowded marketplace.
The App

Sign up & Onboarding
The sign-up process is designed to be quick and straightforward, requiring minimal information.
The onboarding experience captures user interest to personalise their feed with content creators in user’s interested niche.
Dashboard
A data-driven approach was adapated in crafting the influencer's dashboard. The layout was designed based on user research data, prioritizing the display of real-time analytics influencers care about most, such as earnings, audience interactions, new followers, and notifications. The design allows for easy comprehension and encourages action.
Create a post
The post-creation interface is flexible, allowing for multiple media types. Influencers can add descriptions, tags, and associate posts with their defined packages. There are options to preview the post and save drafts, offering full control over their content.
Packages & Gigs
Gigs and packages were designed to provide influencers with more than a single way to earn money with their content.
Packages allow influencers to segregate their followers into sub-categories and create content targeting different packages.
Gigs allow creators to expand their content niche and provide real-time or downloadable content.
Marketplace
A card-based design showcases influencers, presenting information in an easily digestible format.
I integrated a robust search engine, allowing users to filter results according to their preferences, enabling a more personalized browsing experience.
Profile & Account Settings
The profile page was intricately designed to serve as a one-stop hub for followers to connect with their favorite influencers. It includes a detailed bio, a gallery of posts, and a list of available packages and gigs, each element contributing to a rich user experience.
I designed the interface to with a prominent display of packages and an easy-to-navigate section for gigs. A tipping feature was added to allow followers to express their support, ensuring the design aligned with trends in the creator economy. Balancing aesthetic appeal and functionality, the profile page was shaped to satisfy both influencers' branding needs and followers' engagement desires.
Referral System
A referral system was integrated after user surveys indicated a desire for rewards-based community growth.
The mechanism for sharing, tracking, and redeeming rewards was iteratively improved through several rounds of user testing and feedback.
Messaging
With the goal of creating an interactive and monetizable communication channel, I designed a versatile messaging feature. It supports both text and multimedia messages, incorporates 'message seen' indicators and timestamps, and integrates a tipping option right in the chat.
According to user feedback, messages is where influencers can capitalise the most in terms of monetisation, I included a locked messages feature, which allows influencers to send premium content that followers can unlock by paying.
